Negotiating a Long-Term Commercial Lease and Signage Requirements for Out-of-state Client
Case overview: Opiel Law was retained by a Texas-based commercial real estate company to serve as its private attorney. The client’s goal was to secure leased space on available land in Pittston, PA, as well as additional objectives such as signage sizing, placement and installation.
